I am an ACE Certified Personal Trainer, an Apex Fitness Professional, and  Natural Competitive Professional Bodybuilder.

Fitness is a way of life for me and has been for many years.  It’s extremely important to me.  I feel that living a healthy lifestyle improves the quality of your life.

As a trainer, I help many clients lose weight and maintain a healthy lifestyle, gain strength, and realize their fullest potential.  I understand the difficulties of weight loss and the changing of old habits. 

I believe that setting goals for yourself, both short term and long term, are important in achieving what you set out to do.   Without goals we would not have much to drive us toward our successes.  Goal setting is essential in marking our progress and measuring our accomplishments.
