Went to posing class this morning. Good stuff except I found it a little tough today with my head cold to really focus. Any practice is better than no practice though!

Leg supersets this afternoon. This was tough as I had such a sinus headache. I was supposed to do 4 sets of each superset but only did 3. Overall I think the intensity was pretty good.

Leg ext superset with lying leg curl
leg ext
2 warm up sets
120 x 10 x 3
lying leg curls
2 warm up sets
100 x 10 x 3

leg press ss w/walking lunges (used preset bar on my shoulders)
leg press
6 plates x 10 x 3
walking lunges
30 x 12 x 3 (think i could have gone a little heavier)

flite squat ss with sldl
squat
6 plates x 10 x 3
sldl
145 x 10 x 3

seated calf raise ss with standing calf raise
seated calf raises
100 x 10 x 3
standing calf raises
155 x 10 x 3
