Moderate workout today. Nothing too crazy.

DB chest press
warm up sets x 3
35 x 10 x 3 sets

HS chest press
25 x 12 x 3

DB overhead press - seated
30 x 12 x 3

lateral raise
10 x 12 x 2

Vbar press down
80 x 12 x 3

bench dips (feet on opposite bench)
bw x 12 x 3

few circuits of abs thrown in here

20 mins on the elliptical - moderate inensity.

That's it!
