Definitely feeling better today. And ready! I can't wait to hit the stage on Saturday!

Total body circuit today (minus legs....but don't tell craig! ) My lower back was, or should I say is still giving me some trouble so I decided to skip the leg presses.

Three rounds of the circuit, with a warm up, walking on the treadmill.

DB chest press
35 x 12 x 3

Wide grip pull down
80 x 15 x 3

DB lateral raise
12 x 15 x 3

EZ bar curls
40 x 12 x 3

BW dips
BW x 12 x 3

Abs - crunch ss w/reverse crunch
15 x 3

That's it for today. I took a bit of decongestant and it seemed to help a bit with the dizzyness today. I was walking like a drunken sailor this morning!
