Total body circuit today (no legs)Three rounds of the circuit, with a warm up, walking on the treadmill.

DB chest press
35 x 12 x 3

Wide grip pull down
80 x 15 x 3

DB lateral raise
12 x 15 x 3

EZ bar curls
40 x 12 x 3

BW dips
BW x 12 x 3

Abs - crunch ss w/reverse crunch
15 x 3

feeling better today, but feel like i'm retaining a little water. not a good thing!
