Good workout today, but definitely feeling that lower back again since this morning. What a PIA! Biofreeze and some advil when I get home.

Warm up with Wide Grip Pull Downs
80 x 15 x 2
Wide Grip Pull Ups
BW x 6, 5, 5, 4

Seated Row
120 x 4
110 x 6, 6, 6

Straight Arm Push Down
85 x 8
90 x 6, 7
100 x 6

Cable curl w/small straight bar
80 x 6, 6, 6, 6

EZ bar curls
55 x 6, 6, 6, 6

HIIT on the elliptical. Not quite as intense as yesterday due to my back aching quite a bit. Blah, blah, blah enough whining!
