Well this was an attempt at a heavy leg day. My back is so freakin sore it's nuts! I can feel that my glutes are tight as hell and so are my hamstrings. I spent about an hour today stretching and at least I feel as though I can get through my next few clients for the night.

I avoided squats and the leg press unfortunately but work hard on the leg ext and lying leg curl. Well as hard as I could on the curls. They were tough, my hammies were cramping up the whole time. Anyway....


Leg extensions
3 warm up sets
