Oooh ya! Getting closer! 3 days and counting to the GSO! I did a bit of a chest/shoulder/tri workout today and threw in some abs as well.

DB chest press
warm up sets x 3
30 x 12 x 3 sets

Cable chest press
50 x 10 x 3

DB overhead press - seated
30 x 10 x 3

lateral raise
12 x 12 x 3

DB overhead tri extension
30 x 12 x 3

bench dips (feet on ball)
bw x 12 x 3

few circuits of abs thrown in here

20 mins on the freakin' stairmaster tourture device!!! Man I hate that machine. It's going soon....being replace with an elliptical. Anyone wanna give it a good home, cheap? -

20 mins moderate inensity.
