Legs and calves today for slow positives. This workout took a long time and killed me! Feels great!

Leg press slow positives for 5-7 seconds
3 warm up sets
375 x 10 reps x 4 sets with a
static hold at top at the end of each set for 15 seconds

DB sumo squats standing on 2 benches (for depth) slow pos for 5-7 seconds
35 lb x 10 x reps x 4 sets with a
static hold at top at the end of each set for 10 seconds

Leg extensions 5 -7 second pos
100 x 10 reps x 4 sets with a
static hold at top at the end of each set for 10 seconds

Lying leg curls 5-7 second pos
70 lb x 10 reps x 4 sets with a
static hold at top at the end of each set for 10 seconds

Standing calf raise on Smith 5-7 second positive
75 lb each side for 8 reps x 3 sets

Seated calf raise 5-7 second positive
45 lb x 8 x 3 sets



Chest/tris for 100 later today.
