Pull ups

Tri set Seated dual cable row, behind the back bb shrugs and wide grip pull down
seated dual cable row
80 x 12 12 12 12

behind the back barbell shrugs
95 x 15 15 15 15

wide grip pull down
80 x 12 12 12 12

Not sure if I'll get some cardio in later or not. We'll see!
