Back & Bis for combos today. Fun stuff!

Assisted pullups 6 second negative superset with db pullovers for high reps
Pullups
warm up - 3 sets
50 x 8, 8, 8

DB pullover
25 x 25, 25, 25

Cable rows with 5 second positives, 3 sets of 8 reps and finished each set with regular paced (2/2) reps
80 x 8 + 5, 8 + 5, 8 + 5

High cable rows seated on the floor for step bombs. I've never done these and liked them alot!
100 x8, 90 x 8, 80 x 8,70 x 8, 60 x 8

Straight arm pull downs for step bombs
80 x 8, 70 x 8, 60 x 8, 50 x 8, 40 x 8

EZ bar curls, 6 sec negatives 3 sets of 8, supersetted with incline db curls for high reps

EZ bar curls
45 x 8 (6 sec neg), 8, 8

Incline DB curls
10 x 25, 25, 25

Small straight bar cable curls for step bombs
65 x 6, 55 x 6, 45 x 6, 35 x 6, 25 x 6

Cardio:
30 mins steady state ont he Arc Trainer
ave hr 138
cals 222
