Tough workout today. My energy level was really low. But I got through the workout and now I'm going to go get myself a nice big iced coffee!

Pullups
warm up w/wide grip pull downs 2 sets
BW x 6, 6, 6, 6

Tri set with reverse grip pull downs, barbell rows, and low back ext

Reverse grip pull down
80 x 15, 12, 12, 12

Barbell rows
95 x 13, 12, 10, 8

Low back extension
15, 15, 15, 15

HIIT Cardio on the stairmaster today. Man, do I hate that machine!
