Heavy chest workout today. It was a tough one as I had little energy.

Cable FB Chest Press
warm up sets

FB DB Fly for 20 - rest pause style
25 x 12, 4, 4

Cable Incline Chest Press (yeah, I was feeling pretty creative, lol!)
60 x 6, 6, 6, 6
70 x 3
Incline DB Fly for 20 rest pause style
20 x 11, 5, 4

HIIT on the stairmaster today.
