Pitiful workout today. My energy just wasn't there for the lifting. Maybe I used it all this morning on cardio. Got through the workout....that's about it.

Cardio this am - elliptical
30 mins
ave hr 139
229 cals

This afternoon:

Pullups
warm up sets - pull downs
BW x 6 x 4

Tri set of rack pulls, straight arm push down and cable rows
Rack pulls
95 x 15 reps x 4 sets ss w/
Straight arm pull downs
60 x 15 x 4 sets ss w/
cable rows
80 x 15 x 4 sets
