Well I had to go outside and run with my boot campers again this morning and I'll tell ya' my knee is screaming at me right now. I know I shouldn't run as I hardly have any cartilage in my left knee, but I'm trying to keep these guys motivated in this heat. Man, we're just going from a power walk to a semi sprint.

I had to stop after a mile because my knee just wouldnt take anymore. So I've been icing it a bit today, but don't think I should try and push any more cardio today.

I did burn 94 cals on the run though with an ave hr of 145. So I guess all was not a total loss.
