Sunday 08/27 will start a lower carb week for me. I'd like to give things a bit of a boost and see if I can burn a little more fat this week. A typical day will look like this:


Calories 1211
Protein 161
Carbs 74
Fat 30


Breakfast
EGG WHITE, CHICKEN,
5 large

Ezekiel Bread -
1 slice
PEANUT BUTTER, NATURAL
1/2 tbsp

Morning Snack - Post workout
Pure Whey Cookies & Cream
1 1/2 scoop
JAM strawberry -sugar free
1 tbsp
Ezekiel Bread
1 slice

Lunch
CHICKEN BREAST, BONELESS, ROASTED
3 oz
mixed grilled veggies
3/4 cup
ALMOND, RAW
6 almonds

Afternoon Snack
CHICKEN BREAST, BONELESS, ROASTED
3 oz
mixed grilled veggies

RICE CAKE,

Hey BC! How are ya honey????


I've been doing 75g's for almost 2 weeks now. I think I'll do a carb up day on Saturday. Not sure how much of a carb up day it will be yet. I'm hopin' for about 150g's! Lol! But we'll see.

Gotcha! I'm doing a daily rotation with one high day and one medium high day: hi, med, low, high 2, med, low, low

I'm glad it's working chica!

I have 4 weeks til my first show and I hit 12.2% today. Happy about it but still have a ways to go!

You'll get there chickie. I have no doubt! This is going to be your best year yet.

I feel like crap, lol! This is my 14th day of low carbing (but who's counting???) I think I have a carb up day tomorrow. I hope so. I'm going to be doing some posing seminars with Nancy Andrews starting this Sunday so I'm psyched about that! I need work on my posing.

14 days of low carb??? Nonesense I tell ya!!!!!

Me, on the other hand will have Sat and Sun as low carbs - 50g each - ICK!

Oh . .and thanks for the confidence . . I wish I was that confident! ha ha . . . but then again . . I have major motivation . . Flexing and I are doing the show together . . and dammit . . I'm gonna show up lookin HOT!
