Well my leg workout started out pretty well, until I pinched my finger under the bar with 155 lbs on it......dammit!

warm ups then.....

Squats
95 x 12
135 x 6
135 x 6
145 x 4

SLDL
135 x 8
155 x 8
Then I pinched my finger....damm it hurts! I couldnt pick up the bar to do another set. I iced it while doing supersets of extensions and curls, but it was throbbing so much I really couldnt concentrate on the lifts.

Extensions supersetted with lying leg curls

Ext
140 x 10
160 x 8
160 x 5, 120 x 5, 100 x 5, 80 x 5, 60 x 5 (drop set)

Curls
100 x 8
100 x 6
100 x 5, 80 x 5, 60 x 5, 40 x 5 (drop set)

The tip of my finger is twice it's size, all black and is still killing me. (Insert pouty face here) Damm I hate when that happens!
