I had a good shoulder workout today. I'm so ready for my strength to increase, but my body is saying...not quite yet.

But the delts definitely felt fried and were burning like crazy when I was finished.

warm ups then....

arnold presses
15 lbs x 10 x 3 sets

db overhead press
35 x 6
30 x 8
30 x 8

behind the back cable lateral raise
12.5 x 12 x 4 sets

bent over cable rear laterals
15 x 10 x 4 sets

cable upright row drop set

80 x 6, 60 x 6, 40 x 6

I also did some db pullovers to try and stretch things out a bit in the chest area. Just 3 sets of 10 reps with 10 lbs. I could definitely feel things stretching through the ribs, where the dr did all the extra stitching.

Then I decided to try some light db flyes. Just 10 lbs x 10 reps x 3 sets.
