Crazy leg day...I havent done one of these workouts in a loooong time. It took me 35 mins to get through the workout and I had to lie down when I was finished. Ha! Awesome!

warm ups then...

50 rep squats on the smith
1 set x 25lbs on either side

skiers squat 1 minute

drop set on the leg press
510 x 5
420 x 5
330 x 5
240 x 5
150 x 5
sled only x 25

leg extensions 21's
100 x 21 (7 midpoint to top, 7 bottom to midpoint, 7 full reps) x 3 sets

lying leg curls 21's
80 x 21 (7 midpoint to top, 7 bottom to midpoint, 7 full reps) x 3 sets

walking lunges 1 leg forward at a time
holding 10 lb db's x 15 reps each leg x 3 sets

db deadlifts drop set
60 x 6
50 x 6
40 x 6
