I didnt have a lot of energy for this workout, but I gave it my all. And in the end felt like it was a good workout.

warm ups then.....

squats

95 x 15

135 x 8, 8, 6



SLDL - these were tough today, but I had moved a big pile of stones in my yard yesterday and my core was feeling a bit strained and weak.

95 x 12

135 x 10

155 x 6, 6, 4



bohemian split squats

25 lb db's x 10, 10, 10



lateral lunges

25 lb db's x 10, 10, 6
