Fairly good workout tonight. My right shoulder was extremely tight and twingey (is that a word?). It was hampering my incline chest presses and my shoulder circuit at the end. I was a bit annoyed but feel like I managed a decent workout and things are definitely fatigued now as I try to type.

Incline DB chest press
warm ups then...

Cardio was done on the Stepmill tonight. Another favorite. I did various stepping on it, singles doubles laterals and sprinted at the end.
