I definitely need to get back to squats and deadlifts on a regular basis. I was unable to hold the bar on my back because of my torn rhomboid. It's been a while. It felt good today but I need get back to some heavy stuff.

Angled leg press high & wide ss with calf raises on the leg press
presses
6 plates x 10 x 3 sets
calf raises
