It felt good to do some pull ups today. I felt comfortable doing them (wasn't worried about tearing a rhomboid anyway).

Pull ups
BW x 5, Assisted 50 x 7
BW x 5, Assisted 50 x 6
BW x 5, Assisted 50 x 7 (last BW pull up was a struggle, barely cleared the bar)

DB pullover ss w/rear delts on the pec dec x 3 rounds

Cable bicep curl

DB bicep curl drop set x 1 set
