Just core and cardio today. Core consisted of the zillion of the following.

crunches
reverse crunches
double crunches
double crunch one foot over opposite knee
"" x 2
alternating heel touches
bicycles
frog crunches

Cardio was the same as yesterday. I forgot to wear my watch.

20 mins intervals
ave hr 148
max hr 157
262 cals
