Not the smartest of lifting days. My shoulders have been rediculously tight lately. I can barely get my arms over my head. After a lot of warming up I managed a pretty good shoulder workout Saturday. Today I warmed them up really well and started to lift.

There was a lot of action going on in the front delts. And not good action. From my first lifts I was struggling and by the end of the workout I was in quite a bit of pain. I should have taken a break early and switched to legs instead. I'm glad I'm going to see my massage therapist tomorrow.
