Well I started my six week cycle of power lifting with my buddy Brian. I think I'm going to really enjoy it. He wouldnt let me go heavy though, so we can make sure my form is 100%.

ATG squats
These are different because the bar is held much lower on the traps. Made me a little nervous on the first set. We did a few warm up sets.

95 x 5
115 x 5
115 x 5

ATG Hack squats. These were much lighter than I've done in the past. I haven't used the hack squat in a few years cuz it would bother my knees. I think I did ok with these, coming all the way down, no pain in the knees at all.

90 x 5
90 x 5
90 x 5

Then we finished up with box squats with a band around the knees.

BW x 40 - no rest. (I think I could have done more here though)

Brian's just a LITTLE stronger than me though. :eek: I'll have to catch up. Lol!
