I'm loving these workouts with Brian! I pace the floor until he gets here at 3 pm so we can lift!

Today was upper body and I hit a PR on my bench. I haven't done this in quite some time. It was only one rep, but I'll take it!

Bench press
a couple of warm up sets then...
95 x 5
115 x 3
135 x 1
135 x 1
145 x 1
135 x 1

Push press
For some reason I psyched myself out when I tried to up my weight on these.
warm up then...
65 x 3
65 x 3
85 x 1 It wouldnt go up fully for a second rep.
65 x 12 WTF??

One arm db snatch - I LOVE THESE!
