My schedule with my clients has been crazy lately. With school ending everyone is changing their appointments. I can't remember who is showing up when. Well this one client, Jim showed up today when I thought he told me that he wouldnt be in. We ended up just working out together and called it a free session for him. Win/win situation. We both got our workouts in.

Chest & Back today. Shoulders was supposed to be in here too but was strapped for time with Jim working in.

Bench press 5/1 tempo
95 x 8 reps x 4 sets

T-Bar row 5/1 tempo
35 x 8 reps x 4 sets

Incline press on the smith 3/1 tempo
70 x 10 reps x 4 sets

Seated cable row 3/1 tempo
90 x 10 reps x 4 sets

I'll need to get cardio in later. Make up shoulders tomorrow.
