Shoulders and cardio today. Good workout and cardio was.....well....cardio.

Smith overhead press 5/1 tempo
50 x 8 reps x 4 sets

Cable lateral raise 3/1 tempo
15 x 10 reps x 4 sets

cable upright row 2/1 tempo
70 x 10 reps
85 x 10 reps
100 x 10 reps

Rear delts on the pec dec.
drop sets
70 x 6
60 x 6
50 x 6

3 sets


Cardio was done on the Jacobs ladder today.
20 mins
ave hr 149
250 cals
