Total body workout today. Compound movements. I was able to try out my new weight belt and it felt great. It made me super strong because it was pink!

Front squats 2/1 tempo
95 x 5
105 x 5
115 x 5
115 x 5
125 x 5

Incline chest press done on the smith 2/1 tempo
70 x 5
80 x 5
80 x 5
90 x 5
90 x 5

Seated cable rows
120 x 5.......

then decided to try some chins.

BW x 5
BW x 5
BW x 4
BW x 5 (little assist here from my pal Kevin)

The workout felt really good and I was happy about getting some chins going. No pain and felt strong.
