Total Body Workout this afternoon. Must be the VasoXplode cuz I felt strong.



Squats 2/1 tempo

175 x 3 x 3 sets

185 x 3 x 3 sets



Close Grip Bench Press

125 x 3 x 6 sets



BB Bent over row

115 x 3 x 3 sets



Had a little extra time before my client came in and I can't complain at how things are looking at 17 weeks out. Not superb but definitely better than any other year at this far out.
