I had a couple of clients cancel today, so I decided to take a class at the gym. It's a class that my boss wants me to teach. So I figured I better take it when I have the opportunity. I go for 3 days of intense training for the certification in August which should be fun when i'm in the height of dieting! I did some calves after class and probably should have hit some more abs as well but was running late. So I'll hit them this weekend.

Class 1 hr
ave hr 110 (includes warm up, cool down, balance stuff and abs)
485 cals

The class is pretty good. It has 20 minute segment of cardio and I burned 240 cals during that portion. It also has some strength training and balance work in it as well.

Calves was short but to the point.

Calf raises on the leg press
330 x 10 x 3 sets

Seated calf raises
115 x 8 x 3 sets
