Legs:

Felt like a tough but decent workout after that torture this morning. I was really struggling but I beat the out my legs today!

Front squat 5/1 tempo
95 x 8 reps x 4 sets

cable kickback on bench (no deadlifting today) 5/1 tempo
40 x 8
45 x 8
50 x 8
50 x 8

Leg press 3/1 tempo
420 x 8 x 3 sets
330 x 8 x 1 set

lying leg curl
100 x 8 reps x 4 sets

My back held up pretty well but I didnt push the deadlifts on it. I did some cable kickbacks instead.
