Well, I haven't been doing too well with my journaling or lifting.

That Bosu class took a lot of energy to get underway and it's going really well. It's kicking their butts which is always a good thing.

And now I'm in a process of getting certified for another group class. Uggh, 29 hours of training in 3 days last weekend.

Anyway, I need to get back to a good set lifting schedule so now that the Bosu classes are underway and I'm through the hard part of the certification on the other class. I can put some focus back into lifting.

I did a bit of a back workout before my bosu class today:

Assisted pull ups
50 lbs x 12 x 4 sets

Reverse grip pull downs
90 lbx x 10 x 4 sets

Narrow grip pull ups
8, 6, 4 , 4 (should have done these first!)

Reverse hypers
BW x 12 x 4 sets

Bosu class I burned 637 cals today. I changed up the format a bit and MAN it kicked my asss!

So that's it for today.
