Walking with the girls this morning: 6 AM, blech!

Then off to the gym to meet my bb'ing friend Funda for a workout at 9 AM. We did the following:

Incline BB Press
25 x 25, 45 x 25, 45 x 20, 55 x15, 65 x 12, 75 x 8, 85 x 5

The next sets were supersetted with flat bench flys - 25 x 15 (fly) / 65 x 6, 25x15 / 75x4, 30 x 12/ 75x4, 35x6 / 65x4

Smith Machine Upright rows (Wide Grip)
40 x 15 ; 50 x 10 ; 60 x 10; 80 x 6

Seated DB Press
25x12 ; 30x6 ; 30x6 ; last set upright rows 60x10 superset with DB press 25x10 then push-ups to failure...ouch!

Then more CARDIO!!!!!!
