I had a quick but great shoulder workout today. Time was limited so short rests throughout the workout.

DB overhead press:
35 x 8 x 4 sets

cable upright rows
60 x 12
70 x 10
80 x 10
80 x 9

rear delts on the pec dec
50 x 10 x 4 sets

db front raise drop sets (not sure of the reps)
20, 15, 12, 10, 8 x 2 sets

cardio was done in form of Active class today, as a participant:

50 mins
ave hr 107
307 cals

Then I worked with the group fitness director on preparing for the class for another half hour, but didnt turn on my watch.

Way too much cardio for my liking!
