I actually worked out with my oldest son, Frank tonight. I've been training him a bit and getting him interested in lifting. Tonight we actually lifted together. It was a lot of fun. Hmmmm, maybe I found myself a new lifting partner.

He was able to do more pull ups then me but I beat him out on weight on everything else.

Horizontal body rows
BW x 10, 10, 10

Straight arm lat push down
80 x 10, 10, 10

BB curls
55 x 10, 10, 8

Drop set for DB curls
20 x 10
15 x 8
12 x 6
