Legs afterward....sometimes you have to compromise.

Leg press....fairly light here. Still nursing my back.
330 x 10 x 4 sets

Leg extension
160 x 8 x 4 sets

Lying leg curl
90 x 10 x 4 sets

adductors....man, I'm sick of these. But chiro wants them in the mix.
70 x 12 x 3 sets

abductors leaning forward
70 x 15 x 3 sets
