Back and bis today. Great workout! I love working back!

Pull ups
BW x 7, 6, 5, 4

Assisted
50 lbs x 10, 10

Low back extension
BW only....trying to work on that injured area
3 sets of 15 reps

DB Row
40 x 10 x 4 sets

Rev grip pull down
90 x 10, 10, 10

EZ bar curls superset with reverse curls
EZ bar curls
45 x 10 x 4 sets

reverse curls
25 x 10 x 4 sets

I started working on a new Bosu class. So I spent a bit of time on that and practicing that damm Active class

No wonder I'm so damm hungry tonight!
