Great workout today. My legs are fried! Legs feel strong, no twinges in the back and the knees feel moderately ok (lots of plyos yesterday in Bosu class).


leg press
8 plates x 6 reps x 3 sets

1 leg extensions
55 x 10 x 2 sets

power squat
8 plates x 8 reps x 3 sets

DB deadlift 1 1/4 reps
55 x 8 x 4 sets

seated calf raise
115 x 12 x 4 sets
