OK, I've been neglecting my Active training. I need to submit my video for certification by Nov 10th.
I need to pick up the pace and get it done. I have everything memorized so it's just need to polish it up so the video is good enough to submit.

I'm going to have to get myself a BIG coffee on the ride home tonight so I can stay awake for the Sox game!
