Good tough workout today. This is one of my favorite workouts.

Unilateral overhead db press with 5 second contraction at top. Supersetted with barbell curls

DB press
25 x 6 x 3 sets

BB curl
55 x 8 x 3 sets

Incline DB rear lateral raise supersetted with incline DB curl 1 1/4 reps

Rear lateral
15 x 10 x 3 sets

DB curl 1 1/4 reps

25 x 6 x 3 sets

Cable push down supersetted with DB lying tri extension

Push down
85 x 10 x 3 sets

Lying tri ext
50 x 9 x 3 sets
