Bosu class today was tough! I think I'm still draggin butt from moving my mom this weekend and staying up late so many nights watching the games.

Active practice today with the group fitness director. She said that I look like I'm ready to video a class and told me to put a few classes on the schedule over the next week and get it videoed (? is that a word?).

80 mins of practice
Not sure of the hr or cals cuz I didnt wear my watch.

But I'm tired tonight, lol!
