Finally a good workout. I havent been able to lift since Monday. I did Bosu on Tues, but not sure if I logged it. Yesterday I did the Active class twice with the group fitness director. I need to video it on Saturday and Monday. Yikes!

I havent done the class with anyone other than the director. So I made one of my clients stay late today and another come in early and I did it with them and one of the other group fitness instructors. They said I did really well. They said it seemed as though I've been teaching forever....very comfortable and had nice clear instruction and a smooth and flowing way of instructing....whatever that means. I'm hoping the taping goes well.

I didnt wear my watch so I'm not sure of the calories burned, but I was sweating my arse off. But I think it was more from being nervous, lol!

It felt good to lift. I havent been able to since Monday. The guy who cleans our gym has been out with some health issues, so we've all been pitching in cleaning the gym while he's out. I spent 2 hours yesterday cleaning equipment.

Incline chest press on the smith.
95 x 6 reps x 3 sets

Low incline db chest press
35 x 10 x 2 sets

Dips (20 reps, rest pause style)
BW + 10 x 8, 5, 4, 2, 1

Reverse grip pull down with 5 sec negative....man these are killer! I love slow negatives
100 x 6 x 3 sets

DB row 1 1/4 reps
35 x 10 x 2 sets

Sumo deads
115 x 10 x 1 set.

That's it for today kids.....2 more clients and I'm out!
