Im back to journaling. It's been a crazy few weeks trying to get the studio up and running. I've been squeezing in my workouts where/when I can. I chatted with Dr. Joe on Monday and we decided to get me on a more restricted diet to help me drop a little weight. I'm undecided about competing this year, but I feel like I have my focus and determination back for the first time since July.

Chest/Tri workout today.

FB DB press
45 x 10 x 3 sets

Incline DB fly supersetted with incline DB press (no rest)
