I had a pretty decent leg workout with Dan tonight. Im still not going heavy on my squats and deadlift. Just nice, slow, controlled movements; focusing on form and keeping my back out of the movement.

warm up on stairmaster then light squats

Squat:
95 x 15
125 x 10, 10, 10, 12

SLDL:
95 x 15
125 x 10, 10, 10, 10

Around the world lunges holding 10 lb db's
24, 30, 24

Crabs:
blue band x 15 reps each way x 3 sets

20 mins on stairmaster - light to moderate steady state
ave hr 128
175 cals

Numbers for today:
144/78/32
