Today I taught 2 BOSU classes. I dont think I alloted enough calories for the day because I was starving when I got home. Ended up having a few too many peanut butter crackers. >

I had a great shoulder workout after the morning BOSU class:

Icarian iso overhead press
15 (each side) x 10 x 4 sets

cable lateral raise
15 x 10 x 3 sets

side lying rear lateral raise
12 x 8 x 3 sets

upright row drop set
6 reps x 75, 65, 55, 45

BOSU class was fun. I always enjoy the morning class. It's a great way to rev up your day
52 mins
ave hr 140
521 cals

BOSU class in the evening was fun. I finally have my mirrors in the studio so it makes it much better for teaching.

50 mins
ave hr 135
423 cals

Not sure of the numbers today. Everything was on track until I got into those peanut butter crackers.
