Not too much to say about this workout. I'm not sure where my strength is lately. I think all the bosu and other classes are not letting muscles recover enough to lift as heavy as I'd like.

incline bb chest press
95 x 10 x 3 sets

incline fly superset with dips
fly 20 x 10 x 3 sets
dips BW x 10 x 3 sets

close grip push ups
10 x 3

cardio - stairmaster
20 mins
ave hr 131
184 cals
