I had a great shoulder workout. I had attempted shoulders Wednesday but after teaching 2 bosu classes on Tues, they didn't want any part of it!

standing db shoulder press - 5 second contraction at top
25 x 5 x 3 sets

hang clean & press
65 x 6 x 4 sets

rear delts on the pec dec
60 x 10 x 3 sets

upright rows
60 x 12
70 x 10
70 x 10
80 x 8

lateral raise drop set 5 reps each
20 x 5
15 x 5
12 x 5
10 x 5
10 x 5
8 x 5
