I've been bad about posting this week. Today was Bosu class and shoulders with Dan afterward. Shoulders were tough after the class but I managed to blast through it.

Bosu
50 mins
ave hr 127
483 cals

Shoulders:
bb upright rows

3 sets x 10 reps
1 set x 15 reps

side lying rear lateral raise
3 sets x 12 reps

db lateral raise drop set
heavier weight x 12, 1/2 of that weight x 12 x 3 sets

front raise
3 x 15
